1. Acceptance
By accessing esgmarketplace.com.au (“Site”) you enter into a contract with Matthew McAdam, trading as ESG Marketplace (ABN: 89 807 404 850) (“ESG Marketplace”, “I”, “my”, “me”) and agree to these Terms.
2. Services
The Site provides a directory, lead-generation and RFP board that connects Australian SMEs with ESG software, consultants and training
providers (“Vendors”). I am not a party to any contract you sign with a Vendor.
3. Your obligations
• Provide accurate information in quizzes, forms and RFPs.
• Pay any fees displayed at checkout (lead credits, subscriptions).
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or misuse the Site.
4. Vendor listings & disclosures
Vendor profiles are paid advertisements. I may receive referral or success fees. Listing order does not equal endorsement.
5. Intellectual property

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law all implied warranties are excluded. My maximum aggregate liability for any claim is the greater
of AUD 100 or the total fees you paid me in the preceding 12 months.
7. Indemnity
You indemnify me against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
8. Termination
I may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach. Clauses 5-7 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
Material changes will be emailed or posted on this page.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
